Master bedroom has king-size bed (and small TV) and overlooks harbor. Master bath has tub/shower. Second bedroom is off the dining room with built in beds and play loft above. Third bedroom is a loft up a spiral staircase above the TV room, also with built in beds. Downstairs bathroom has shower and the washer & dryer. Living room also overlooks the harbor and has large fireplace. Porch for evening sunsets is off the living room. TV room (with DVD player and lots of games) is next to living room with French doors to the back lawn and French doors to separate it from the Living Room. Large kitchen/dining area is a few steps below with private views and back deck for meals outside or morning coffee. Great lawn area for badminton and other outside family sports. Outside shower is terrific. Owned by a local artist and his wife who lived there year-round with their children, and still live on island. Because of the play lofts and spiral staircase to third bedroom we do not suggest it is a good house for unsupervised small children.
